Take that large note and split it part by part, word for word. If you do this, the work will be less scary and easier for you to control.
Think about it this way, if your body breaks down the food you ate, it will be easier for you to digest.

You can complete tasks faster if you make it a fun, no matter how serious it is.

4. Promise Yourself A Reward
Reward system and incentives is a great way to get yourself to do something and finish it.

Once in a while, give yourself a treat. You deserve it.
5. Take Occasional Breaks
That work will still be waiting for you when you get back. Avoid burning out, by taking a break.
Take some time off or walk to clear your head and give your brain enough time to reboot.
6. Tell Yourself You Can Accomplish Anything
Because you can. See how far you have come already.
